Benoit Mainville

Co-founder

Over 15 years of real estate experience in development and construction.

Principally involved in the development of over 1000 units.

Main responsibilities:
overseeing the construction and development departments, financial deal’s structure and executive aspect.

MATHIEU THOUIN

Co-founder

Seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 7 years of real estate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in real estate management and appraisal, from UQO.

Principally involved in the acquisition of lands and value-added buildings.

Main responsibilities :
overseeing the strategic and executive aspects of the company as well as the acquisition, financial structure and pre-development aspects.

Pierre H. Ali

Co-founder

Seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of experience.

Principally involved in the development, marketing and operations of over 2000 units.

Main responsibilities :
focus on the projects development phases, negotiating all business partnerships and managing the executive aspects at Nordev, in addition to overseeing the sales and marketing aspect.

NATHALIE FILION, CPA, MBA

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBER

Professional with over 30 years experience in finance and management, mainly in the real estate and construction sectors.

Among her achievements are the Consortium construction’s mega-project Espace Montmorency (over $450M), Molson, the construction of Jean Coutu’s headquarters, the new Amazon Data Center in Varennes, the construction of Ericsson in Ville St-Laurent, as well as the refurbishment of the former Sears building. The value of those projects ranged from $25M to more than $450M.

Benoît Carrier

General Manager

Over 15 years of real estate experience in development and construction.

Prior to joining Nordev, played key roles at AperoCondo, Heta and CSP.

Holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal.

Main responsibilities :
overseeing general operations as well as a strategic rôle within Nordev’s executive board.

Marc-André Dion

VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Over 35 years of development and construction experience.

Principally involved in the development of multiple commercial projects and over 5,000 residential units.

Prior to joining Nordev, he held senior positions at Devimco/Edyfic, Groupe Sélection and VOG Construction.

Main responsibilities include pre-development and construction management.
