Our history

Founded in 2020 by three real estate veterans with complimentary skill sets, Nordev Immobilier (“Nordev”) is a rapidly growing development company that specializes in sourcing, acquiring, entitling and building with partners, ground-up multi-family projects located in the Greater Montreal Area and the Outaouais region of Quebec.
Today, Nordev has two corporate offices located in Mirabel and Gatineau, Quebec. The company consists of 10 employees, of which there are 6 senior management executives ranging from 10 to 35+ years of experience.
Historically a merchant developer, Nordev is currently seeking long-term capital and strategic partners to co-develop and grow its existing multi-family platform. Within the next 5 years, Nordev’s goal is to develop 3,000 to 4,000 units.

Our evolution

2018-2020
CREATION OF SEED CAPITAL / NORDEV IS FOUNDED

Founding Partners first team up in 2018. Jointly complete a series of transactions which they subsequently monetize via dispositions. Seed capital for company is created and the Partners officially found Nordev in 2020.

2021
Rapid growth

Open offices in Mirabel and Gatineau, Québec. Senior management team is assembled. Seed capital is used to assemble a multi-residential development portfolio of ~ 2000 units in Gatineau, Québec.

2022
1st co-development partnership

Part of the development portfolio is sold to a group of partners including QMD Group.

2024
Today

Assets under active development : ~ 1500 units with QMD Group. Construction of a project of nearly 100 units in March 2024. Nordev is developing 700 multi-residential units through structuring partnerships.

2025
Today

Strategic partnership with the Fonds immobilier of the FTQ for the completion of a major project in Laval.
